Synopsis:
Zhane returns to help push the asteroid off course with his new zord, the Mega Winger. Succeeding, the Rangers begin concentrating on locating Karone. Andros and Zhane sneak aboard the Dark Fortress and disguise themselves as Quantrons. Finding Karone, it is to their horror that she has been reprogrammed to be evil once more. Meanwhile, Bulk, Skull, and the Professor find themselves still on Earth after the rocket launch, but they are soon attacked by one of Astronema's monsters. The Rangers come to their rescue and destroy the monster. They then give the three a lift back to the city on the galaxy gliders. Back aboard the ship, Andros and Zhane try to find a weakness in the computer program that hid Karone beneath a mask of evil.

Bloopers:

When Elgar talks to the two Quantrons, they are in complete suits. When Zhane and Andros take of the masks, the two are missing a part of the costume since you can see Andros' hair and part of their faces even with the helmets on.

You can tell that when Andros and Zhane are dressed as Quantrons, they are wearing the costume and not their uniforms under the Quantron armor, which they later rip off and have their uniforms on once more.
