Synopsis:
Darkonda makes his first appearance. He unleashes a Barillian bug that bites Carlos, turning him into a Barillian insect. Carlos bites Cassie and turns her into a bug too. Andros and T.J. go to KO-35 to find the antidote. Darkonda tries to stop them, but T.J. manages to bring the antidote back to the Megaship and cures his two friends.

Bloopers:

On the planet, after Andros kills the bug that was chasing T.J., he walks over to look at it but he never brings his glider. Then, when T.J. shows up, the red glider is lying in the grass next to Andros.

Like I said in the General Blooper section, T.J. is taller than Andros when they aren't morphed, but it's the opposite when they are morphed.

When Carlos first escaped, he left the deck plate all gooey but Cassie and Ashley were nice and dry (I assume he attacked them since they were both on the floor). Later, Andros finds goo on the wall yet, when they finally come face-to-face with Carlos, the monster is completely goo-less.

When T.J. and Cassie spot Carlos on Megadeck 6, T.J.'s pronounciation is slightly off when he said "Andros".

Ok, this isn't a blooper, but those loose cloth straps with seat-belt buckles don't strike me as something that will keep a Barillian bug monster down.

On the bridge, when the two monsters are breaking down the door, D.E.C.A. says "Door failure in 15 seconds". It actually took less than 5 seconds.

How does Ashley know which one is Cassie and which one is Carlos? They looked pretty much the same to me...

Carlos' tunic and jacket are removed in the beginning as the Rangers examine the effects of the sting, yet when the antidote transformed him back into human-form, he is in complete uniform again. (Red6, Therese C. Callahan)

Notice that in the end, when Andros is on the roof of the building, the park he talks about is a golf course :)
