Synopsis:
The rangers successfully defend the Megaship from the Quantrons. The Red Ranger powers down and introduces himself, Andros, to the other four. As he makes repairs around the ship, the other four rangers try to convince him that they should work together as a team. After fixing Alpha's speech card, Andros prepares the shuttle for the others to return to Earth. He drops off the rangers and the shuttle on the planet before leaving to continue to search for Zordon. Alpha stays behind and tries to convince Andros to let the others help him. Succeeding, Andros turns the ship around. Meanwhile, Astronema attacks and captures the others on the planet. Andros returns just in time to save them and to give them their new powers. They morph and defeat the quantrons. Returning to the ship, they are attacked again by Astronema. Alpha, using the "black box", discovers how to combine the shuttle and the Megaship to form the Astro Megazord. They transform and defeat the ship Astronema sent after them. After, Andros explains to his new crew about things aboard the Megaship. In need of repairing the damaged Megaship, Cassie suggests to Andros to go to Earth for supplies. Hesitating, Andros agrees and sets a course for Earth to get help from Nasada to repair the ship. Astronema sees them heading to Earth and follows them.

Bloopers:

When Alpha tells the rangers about the Astro Megaship, Andros is morphed in the view between Cassie and T.J. but then not morphed in the next shot of him from the front.
